SHORT TENDER NOTICE FOR PURCHASE OF
FURNITURE AND FIXTURE
Ministry of Information and Broadcasting invites sealed bids/tenders from reputed/sale
tax registered authorized dealers/suppliers for supply of Furniture and Fixture as per specification
given below :-
1. Sofa Sets three Seater.
2. Officer Executive Table size 6X3.5 with top glass.
3. Executive Chair complete hydraulic system.
4. Visitor chairs.
5. Centre Table size 4”x3”x18”
6. Side Table size 24”x24”
7. Dewan
8. Book Almirah size 72”x84”x18” with front shutter and glass
9. Computer Table-cum-side rack size 72”x24”x30”
10. Vertical blinds as per size of window
11. Curtain Cloth with jail/railing
(stitching, fixing and installation).
12. Round Table glass top.
13. Round Table Chairs.
14. Upholstery/Cushioning with leatherette of
Committee Room’s Chairs.
15. Designing and furnishing of visitor’s room
2. Bidders will have to supply attested photocopies of valid GST registration
number.
3. The bidders will have to deposit 10% of the total bid price in form of
Pay Order/Call deposit in favour of the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting.
4. The deposited money will be forfeited in case the bidder fails to supply the
equipment according to stipulated conditions of the contract.
5. The tenders having clear indication stating “Purchase of Furniture and fixture” of
purpose on top of the envelop should reach the undersigned by 12th June 2006
positively. The advertisement will also be available on Ministry’s official website
( www.infopak.gov.pk) Tenders will be opened on the same day at 03.00 pm in
presence of the Purchase Committee of the Ministry.
6. Ministry of Information and Broadcasting reserves the right to accept or reject any
or all the tenders without assigning any reasons.
